Clearing the stuffy nose
Nasal spray stuffy nose, vicks stuffy nose, sinus infection stuffy nose
The common problem with kids when they get cold is stuffy nose. Stuffy
nose can be easily cleared with the help of saline solution as well as
bulb syringes. Using a syringe with a rounded acorn shaped tip put a small
number of drops of the saline solution inside single nostril at one time
and gently sucks the mucus out of the nose. A clean humidifier can also
be used. Baby can be taken inside a bathroom where hot water is turned
on a shower; inhaling the steam the block gets cleared. It acts like a
humidifier. Decongestant should be used only with doctor’s advice.
